Pretty much always, yeah. I usually have a piece of fruit and a glass of juice with breakfast, then just need 1 or 2 veggies each in dinner and tea which is pretty straightforward, all my recipes have veggies in them and so do the things I buy for lunch at work (don't let anyone tell you that a pre-prepared salad doesn't count, it does).
Fun fact: the recommendation was originally going to be 7 portions per day, but it was felt that this was so far from what most people were eating that it would be too discouraging and people would feel like there was no point even trying
