View submission: Does Slimming World make sense?
I don't think that's a slimming world thing, I think that's an autism thing, lol. I eat the same thing for every meal for months at a time as standard.

I think it's a hormonal thing, which self-fulfills. Source: Know multiple autistic people with good varied diets :D checkout the DASH and MIND diets, they're basically the healthiest way to eat and actually support your gut microbiome unlike most faddy mainstream non-permanent-lifestyle change diets :D
I am a firm believer in eating MORE not less to lose weight - just more of the low calorie density foods and less high calorie density foods (but still with enough healthy fats everyday etc). For example I swapped most of my oil consumption for EVOO
I think it's quite clear our obesity problem is hormone (and so gut microbiome) related since these glucagon like peptide drugs appear to massively fix peoples shit food cravings, making them eat a lot healthier :O
