My next door neighbour was always Slimmer of the Week. And she left during COVID. A few months after, she somehow morbidly obese again, despite working as a nurse in a hospital.

Slimming World is 100% a scam.

So she left and gained weight. How on earth does that make it a scam?

I stress ate a fair bit during COVID, I dread to think what it might have been like if I'd been in the trenches as a nurse... You really do need to feel sorry for her if her neighbours are judging her on the internet for it.

despite working as a nurse in a hospital.

Yes, because a highly stressful and emotionally draining job, with chronic short staffing and irregular shift work should make it easy to eat well and exercise regularly, right? FFS.
