Splitting hairs here, those who are ‘fully legally blind’ wouldn’t benefit from glasses.

Looks like you creep into ‘B’ for voucher entitlement, which just under £65, so well worth checking out if you qualify. Entitlement isn’t automatic, there are qualifying criteria.

-17 and -15.5 sight here, I don’t qualify for anything other than ‘complex lenses’ which is £15.

Depends what’s causing the ‘legal blindness’ (which is in itself not the term used) - you can be registered sight impaired due to visual field restrictions, but the remaining vision could be benefit from refractive correction.
