View submission: What's something you never understood about the opposite gender?
How can men simultaneously be cool-headed, rational, ultra-focused and just incredibly cool at work and be emotionally immature, toxic pieces of work prone to tantrums that would put a toddler to shame in their romantic relationships? In my experience, if a woman is a cunt at work, she will be a cunt at home as well. And if she's reliable and a team player at work, you can count on them in private.

We are trained in stress management and productivity, we are not very experienced in deep emotional connexions and feelings management

Men are conditioned life long on stress management and efficiency in function, at the cost of absolute emotional silencing.
We never learn to process and express emotions. We are chastised if we do.
Function only.
Hence very rational, focused and professional at work. Absolute clusterfuck of giving time bombs inside.

There are external pressures to keep a cool-head at work depending on the environment and office culture. You might even lose your job or seen as unprofessional, be punished and sent to anger management. The company may even be sued as well. Of course not all guys do this, some still lose their cool at work.
I even was asked by a friend if I have an "office personality." And I said, of course, people think I'm boring as I keep it "all business" while at work.
In romantic relationships, once in it's maturity anyway, is where people will relax more and fart in front of each other. They lose that discipline to take a step back and become a loose canon. They learned to bottle it up instead of learning to change how they react to stress.
