View submission: What's something you never understood about the opposite gender?
it depends on the context tbh. i've been in places where only like 1% of women do it, but i've also been unwittingly involved in social groups of like, 20 people where all of them do it, and one person not doing it is a reason to pick on them. it seems to happen more in certain social groups? the worst i ever saw it was in business school where everyone involved was upper middle class and relatively sheltered. the vibes were like a nuclear waste dump in there. the men in the group either participated or let it happen, so it does go beyond the gender borders a bit too.

Its indirect bullying. Its harder to see, hard to call out as doing so allows them to claim to be a victim and worse of all sometimes the person doesn't even know their behaviour is toxic and bullying.
