In school during a boring lesson. Playing games.Going from one place to another, like using subway doesn't require much brain power yk, mostly muscle memory where to go,etc. Like I'm generally an absent minded person, probably has something to do with me being on an autistic spectrum. Sometimes I don't think before I do something too. I feel like my brain requires it from time to time,so I try to do "intentionally nothing" - lying on a bed, staring into sky, listening to music. I enjoy the instrumental, but I don't actively think about how good it is. I don't really know how to explain this, since my English vocabulary is limited, sorry

Wow, that’s so fascinating! I only don’t think like that for maybe 30 seconds at a time every now and then.

It’s so annoying not being able to turn off. If I’m watching something or listening to a podcast or something, I often have to be doing something else with my hands or body, otherwise my mind wanders off and I have to rewind and watch/listen again. So if I’m listening to a podcast and I’m not doing something else like driving or doing housework, and I just want to sit/lay and listen, I will do sudokus while I listen
