View submission: Are you *really* anonymous here?
It's becoming more common that people don't have social media. But there's still the side eyes reaction when telling people this.
And it's almost safer to make BS accounts with 1 BS post. Than to tell someone you have zero social media.
It's all bullshit.

If you don't sign up for Facebook they create a profile for you. Those profiles with nothing in them except friend requests? Yep.

I have a Facebook account but I haven't posted anything on it for the past 10 years. I have Instagram but I never post anything on it I just follow people. I have a YouTube account and a page but it's totally blank. That's all the social media have unless you count reddit as social media. So really there's nothing anybody can find on me that would embarrass me or anybody else.
I've done Google searches on myself and haven't found anything. I find tons of other people with the same name as me. I think I find my address sometimes. That's about all and that's public knowledge anyway.
