No one in my immediate family got sick with covid. Son works at target and daughter tested positive for antibodies, so there's no way we avoided it, but no one got sick. RSV was horrible. I sat with my frail bro while he died from it and was sick for months. Id do it again, i was sitting with his adult daughters who lost their mom to liver cancer several years before, but RSV hit me much worse than the flu both times i got it. My adult sons got it too, badly, so it's not just from being old.

It’s awful. It held on for 5 months. I’d get well for a week then it’d come back. Finally the doctor put me on strong antibiotics and it went away and I haven’t been sick with that again. I thought it was a viral thing so no clue why antibiotics worked unless I had a secondary infection
