View submission: A couple of rule clarifications

It amazes me that the cutoff for old is born before 1980.

Seems like 1980 would be a little young to be considered "old".

I’m born in 1981 and my kids definitely think I’m old.

What’s also funny is that the age cutoff hasn’t been changed in a few years (Will it ever?) so I’m still barred from posting.

By Reddit standards, it’s old. ;-).

I don’t consider myself old AT ALL, but sometimes there are questions about what life was like before the Internet & cell phones. Or what the ‘80’s and ‘90’s are like. I can answer those.

I leave the “Where were you when JFK shot” questions to the older people. :)
