True, and all I need to do to stop hearing the guy with megaphone outside my house is to close the window. I still wish he'd stop broadcasting though, him and the rest - otherwise one day it might take more than just a closed window to block out the sound.

Not to mention now you can't enjoy the fresh air.
I actually deal with this fairly often in my neighborhood.
