Yes, and I'm trying to coax them into giving *usable* feedback. There are many reasons why they might not have unsubscribed. If they didn't notice they could, I'd want to know that, as that is different feedback than if, say, they thought they *did* the first time and it didn't work. Or maybe they did unsubscribe and feel strongly enough to comment in this thread despite not getting the message this time. Those are all different things which we would consider in different ways.

I use the Narwhal app exclusively. There’s no way I can see in the app to block a user. I’m sure it’s possible, but now I have to go searching for a way to do it (or hopefully remember on Monday at work when I have desktop access) just to opt out of something I don’t want.

I love you guys, but this is total crap.

Not the person you're asking but presumably blocking u/ModMail blocks everything forever. Maybe I only want to stop receiving messages for this particular thing.

So this isn't a problem with you guys, it's Reddit. Personally, I'm not sure where I sit on the newsletter itself, but I am definitely not okay with blocking an account simply to "unsubscribe".

What if something I'm actually interested in uses that account later? What if the account is repurposed? Suddenly I'm completely out of the loop because I blocked a whole account rather than only prevented one sub's specific weekly newsletter.

Here’s usable feedback. People don’t like spam messages of any kind.

That is a reasonable question and I hope you will get an answer!
