Besides the blatant issues, I think it's even weirder that the implication is that black people all like this behavior and praise it as authentic black behavior ?? Like, he's more black than other black people who haven't fucked a porn star? Just an odd fake fantasy land this very white person created here.

It’s because racist white people think that black people inherently have worse priorities than white people. It’s how they justify the high rates of black poverty — “they would be richer if they cared about getting a job more than bling!” And since this a lie they’ve told themselves for generations, clearly lots of people (like this poster) actually believe that all black people care about are things featured in a 2007 rap video.

When I heard the joke (told by a black comedian I promise), it was that Donald Trump was basically what racist white people thought a black president would do. It makes a lot more sense that way and was actually pretty funny the first time I heard it. Not so funny on the next few hundred telling, though.
