Another Law that Common Sense should have made unnecessary but didn’t. To the Judge that made this necessary, this is the kind of news The New York Times and Wall Street Journal pick up about Alabama.

Jury duty is a miserable experience across the board. They need to put these judges who can't manage a courtroom in a jail cell for a few days.
