Right, he should just evict the tenant for not paying rent. It's not charity, renting property is a business. If you can't pay rent, see ya.

I mean my issue is more he's going to get some customer service person yelled at and possibly make a tech come out to fix a non issue pushing back someone else in the schedule and taking up call time for someone who actually has an issue.

Fuck that, he should cut their Internet access every time they are late paying and not turn it back on until they pay. The payments would be much more regular with a policy like that.
