I've been to Rome, Firenze, Veneto and Genova. In Roma like 4 or 5 times.

Do you have a lot of money or do your cops only fine when you kill someone?

And, what did those two do to get that many fines? I mean, it's Italy!

They probably can’t read road signs.

And no, not those with Italian text, but those with internationally used road signs with times.

Most likely they drove into ZTL limited traffic zones, parked in the wrong spots, at the wrong times. Lots of cities have surveillance cameras, so the fines are sent to the owner of the car and not placed on the windshield.

Usually common navigation systems help you around them, but you probably don’t look at them much while filming reels.
