In Spain we have something similar, you can't drive in specific areas unless you have a sticker that means your car is efficient or some shit like that.

Went from lisbon to Andorra and stoped in Madrid and we said fuck them low emission zones. Should we be worried? We were even chatting with a police woman in there (went to a herb club so we were stoped in "second lane" of parking but she was cool with everything). Hope yall are more chill than the non pasta breakers of the boot with a mediteranean superiority complex

We have sections of the Autobahn where electric cars can go 130 instead of 100. Electric car is any car from anywhere in the world as long as it has a green Austrian number plate.
Is that similar, i.e. can an electric car still be fined if it's foreign?

We have that for diesel but thats fine to keep Dieselgünthers out of cities. They have no business there
