Blames everything on others. I remember when the brittish spy and his daughter was poisoned in Salisbury by a poison that is only created in Russia. Russia answered by naming other countries that could produce that exact poison, including Sweden. Like anyone else had any reason to poison him. Does anyone else outside of Russia actually believe what they say?

We’re not sitting it out on our island. We will take the fight to you if needed, we’re not going to let Russia walk through Europe as Hitler did. We’re not living through another blitz raid. Europe is uniting and we’re not allowing this tyrant dictator to take what he wants because the Americans have turned their back on freedom and sovereignty.
I didn’t think Putin would be rattled by Starmer this much. The guy is a human rights lawyer, he’s got as much personality as a piece of toast and the Kremlin are rattling because we can’t be bought by some minerals deal.
This is just stronger evidence that the Russians are desperate for a win in Ukraine. We should have given them the fighter jets they wanted. Instead of waiting this war out.

It’s taken me a while but I’ve come to realise that we’ll never have peace in Europe with Russia in its current configuration on our eastern border. The Russian Federation is an empire in all but name. Chechens, Bashkirs, Chuvashs, Yakuts, Ossetians, Tuvans, etc… all had their independent states at some point in time until the Russian empire swallowed them. And as long as these peoples don’t have their own states, independent of Russia, Russia will continue to behave like the empire it is.
The war in Ukraine must not just end with Russia’s defeat, but the dismantlement of Russia and freeing of peoples under Russian oppression. Or we’ll be in the same position in 50 years’ time when another authoritarian (inevitably) decides to flex Russian muscle.
