Yeah, my idea was that the placeholder looks like
"OFFLINE:{whitespace*}{message}{whitespace*}"
where message can be anything you want.
Examples:
OFFLINE: Our business times are 08:00 to 18:00 CEST
OFFLINE: Please come back later. My server is currently down! - xq
OFFLINE: Sorry. Looks like i have a power outage again. Should be back up in 20 minutes!
I don't think a more "technical" thing is a good idea here, as the reasons
for "server unreachable" are manifold
