Caching and status codes

Bit of a bikeshed comment, but ?permanent success?, especially the 
?permanent? part, makes me think of Cache-Control: immutable. That is, the 
server is claiming that the file will not change, ever. (Gemini doesn?t 
have conditional revalidation.)
