Quoting

Lets keep it simple please. Here are my 2p worth

For any quoting of the special line prefixes:

1. put within a ``` section inside text/gemini
2. serve the content with text/plain then you can say what you want
3. for quoting ``` prefix with a space or intersperse with a space thus
` ` ` (or variant thereof)
4. Use a link to a text/plain or whatever other rich format

text/gemini format does not have its own meta language in it. It is
supposed to be simple, if you need something else, use something else

zero width spaces and their ilk are horrible for many reasons, but
security is a big one.

Best wishes
