Text reflow woes (or: I want bullets back!)

  There's always gemini://gemini.conman.org/gRFC/0001, which allows one to
specify fixed or flowed, and for flowed, there's a way to mark lines that 
shouldn't be flowed at all.                                              

  I even moved it back to a PROPOSED state.
