Computers
- i'm happy when i make myself sit down to a shell/Perl script, and maybe one day i will even write one in tcsh/csh
- because i refused to use zsh because existing bash setup but then switched to tcsh
- i happily turn to write some basic Common Lisp code
- i hope to get started using C for high-level programming
- i don't use Python much but heyyy 3.10's features
- Clojure and Java/Kotlin were nice, never learnt Scala
- Go was nice too
- people pull me into Rust but i keep being scared, i need to start fiddling at last
- I'm more eager to write stuff in Ada/SPARK instead
- i could start writing programs for my HP 49g+ calculator...
- which turns out to have infrared just like my Palm for which i also want to get started with programs for... I need to get myself a new serial port adapter to start using it again
- i also wish i had a 2.5mm jack serial cable for my TI-83+
- i want a real fast functional programming language with persistent data structures but ATS is hard to install on OpenBSD
- when it comes to Haskell and OCaml, I make a mess trying to have dependent types, it's so bad I tend for hope in dynamic typing
- damn I'm in pain about how I can't have Github Copilot on OpenBSD because I can't have Visual Studio Code nor even Atom, I had to get back to Emacs for not just Lisp
- because yeah I stopped using NixOS on my desktops after three years, I mainly run OpenBSD and Windows now interchangeably
- so I also not long ago got started with .NET WinForms (hopefully I will also get started with F# and with F* which has *dependent types*)
- but at the same time I want to get started with Xaw/Xt (X Athena Widgets / X Toolkit) in plain C
- I enjoy using an old laptop running HaikuOS, wish i could write applications for it
- I also enjoy visit-using my PowerMac G5 and I also hope to write applications for it with GNUstep
- I used to be interested in ALGOL 68 (it had stuff that later Golang was so loud in bringing back!) and I want to know what ALGOL 72 was
Stationery (somewhat vintage)
- my love for dot-matrix printers belongs in this section, right? Too bad my OKI 3321 and OKI 321 Elite are so big, they most recently (a few years ago) needed just one more repair, I hope to drag one of them home from parents one day.
- I have an Optima SP20 electronic typewriter
- I own a few slide rules
- I own quite several cheap Chinese fountain pens mainly from nationalized Parker factories

- I'm on Fediverse trying to avoid ever tweeting birdsite-only
- I will, since recently, gladly switch to [matrix] with you, but not to XMPP sadly
- I am enthusiast about publishing in Gemini-space
- but I also love uglyweb, and I'm writing HTML4 in Seamonkey Composer
- I hope to interact more on the Usenet newsgroups i'm lurking at (i try to maintain a list, link on my homepage)
- I am upset with my email configuration because i love email and i neglected it over the years while degrading it for reasons
