Welcome! We have a number of great gems, some light reading and a little bit of music and fun!
The main theme of this capsule is interactive fiction games which is the section you'll see at the top. If you scroll down there are also sections about "Offline" subjects and "Tech".
This is a gemlog with tech related posts, nicely formatted and subscribable via either gemsub or atom feed.
Wordle fans saddened by the purchase and inevitable ruining of Wordle may be keenly interested in Sunny's capsule. It features a version of Wordle playable within gemini! Check out the gemlog too.
Mika has an interesting gemlog as well as a large reading list.
There isn't much to see but it is a fun capsule nonetheless. A little server that reports it's current location and various other statistics about itself.
I'm a little server that roams around. I find internet where I can, but sometimes I'm offline.
I slumbered on my sofa during the day, which apparently means I can't fall asleep now even though it's almost 1am.
What goes through my head at this hour? This time it's gemini, and community. I spent some part of my evening fixing a logical bug in Antenna that allowed someone to mess up my statistics somewhat. That was quite amusing. It's the second experiment I've seen lately (the other being someone who tested post links with the gopher URL scheme). If Antenna had been a for-profit service with stakeholders who wanted statistics and whatnot I guess these incidents would be somewhat disruptive and serious. Corporations and governments do not take kindly to those who use "View source" on their sites!
But everything in geminispace is a volunteer effort. To me these experiments are a testament to a community in which people feel safe to explore and fiddle with things, and making mistakes!
Geminispace is growing. I don't only know that from stats I've read elsewhere or seen on Antenna. I know it because I exchange emails almost daily with people who are new to it and sometimes stumble across things a bit awkwardly. And make mistakes, like all of us.
So here I am, late at night, feeling quite thankful for all the humourous, kind, philosophical, helpful, and informative interactions I've found through geminispace. I hope this spirit is as abundant as I experience it, and I hope it persists for a long time.

My and well probably most geminauts favorite gemini exclusive music themed capsule, KONPEITO, is calling it quits. I would like extend much appreciation and adoration for the mix tapes that were released. They are excellent and now have a permanent spot on my home music server. Although, I have heard that we might get one last mix tape as a farewell. Fingers crossed!
So what next for music on gemini? Well there is other original music on gemini that you may or may not be aware of. I've featured Sloum's music capsule Drift Theory before but there is another, Grafo's Capsule. Both are linked below but I'm almost positive that there are others that I failed to dig up. If you have music you've made on your capsule or know of a capsule with original music please let me know and I will do another music feature in a future issue. Hit me up via the email at the bottom of smolZINE.

To play Stinky Pinky you will need to read the two descriptions below. They each describe a word and the two words rhyme. Example: 1. Smelly, 2. Finger; Answer: Stinky Pinky. Get it? You can email your answer to the address found at the bottom of each smolZINE to confirm if you are correct. The first to answer wins...uhhh I haven't figured that out yet so my congrats will have to do for now.
