Before the period of worldwide increased microbiological activity I was commuting to work almost exclusively by a combination of bicycle (to the train station), train, and bus. The bicycle part involved a bit of appropriate clothing and gear, one of them being an Ortlieb backback.
Ortlieb backpacks are simple by design and most imporatantly waterproof. However, the velcro does wear out too fast for my taste, and fixing just that part would most probably spoil the waterproof property, I'm afraid. In the end I decided to reuse the material for something else. With the help of my wife the backpack was morphed into a sleeve for one of my keyboards. The sleeve is mainly meant to reduce the collection of dust.
