my birthday gift to myself arrived! a fancy silk (-ish) robe. swanning around the house in the mornings and evenings, doing the jobs like a gentleman
received (another) early birthday gift from partner - "journaling the tarot: evolutions" and stalogy notebook
blood-work, results, and scheduling the nurse
considering exploring different apparitions of Mary, initial recon
tried out a guided meditation i might want to incorporate into a more regular practice
started long-form journaling, lots of fun
not one but two instances of home alone!
two solo nature/prayer walks, really taking in the summer flora and fauna
the landlord almost messed up our holiday plans with the window measuring scheduling, but we persevered
"fixed" the new dry fountain pen (lubricated the ink, but perhaps also overfilled as it's now leaking into its cap. so maybe "fixed" is incorrect?)
started on a series of abstract painting explorations (or future collage fodder, who knows!)
