Here I keep a log of how many pages I read of what book(s) each day that I read, and sometimes jot down some thoughts/notes about what I read.
Digital Minimalism so far is proving to be an excellent book on the pros and cons of, you guessed it, digital minimalism. It has provided some excellent guidelines for refining my already-in-effect internet restrictions, which I'll be publishing as a blog post tomorrow. I am particularly fond of the concept of solitude deprivation, and the importance of solitude. Even being a little under halfway through the book, it has given me much to think about. I am grateful to the individuals who recommended this to me after reading and hearing about the measures I was already taking to reduce my digital presence.
