About NoteWorthy Composer Files
NoteWorthy Composer (NWC) files are generated using a shareware program for
PC/Windows by NoteWorthy
Software, Inc. These files can be viewed using the freeware NoteWorthy Player
program, which displays the score and scrolls it across the screen whilst
playing, highlighting the notes as they are played. This player does not at
present (January 2000) allow printing.
Alternately, download the free NoteWorthy
Browser Plug-in which allows your web browser (Netscape, Opera, IE) to
function as a player in much the same way as the standalone Player. However,
printing is allowed from the plug-in. However, to ensure that
you get the intended printout, please download the PDF or PS format.
For editing, the NoteWorthy Composer
program is required. Download is free for the evaluation version, but some
functionality is restricted unless you register the program.
