Rushed morning update, I want to see the Boy and the Heron in theaters as well but I can only find dubbed showings... I'm keeping an eye out on my VOSE (original audio spanish subs) cinema. But I'm so glad to hear you liked it, Eulalie :) I'm going to join in on the Ghibli ranking, most to least.

1. Only Yesterday (it's not a Miyazaki, haha)

2. Princess Mononoke

3. Spirited Away

4. Howl's Moving Castle

5. From Up on Poppy Hill

6. The Wind Rises

7. Kiki's Delivery Service

I've watched Totoro and Ponyo, as well as Grave of the Fireflies, Ocean Waves, Whispers of the Heart, Arrietty, The Tale of Princess Kaguya and When Marnie Was There. The first two felt like they were addressed to people much younger than me at the time of watching (I was 13 when I first watched Totoro -- later than when I watched Spirited Away, which was strange and wonderful and unsettling in the best way to my 8 year old self, and 17 when I first watched Ponyo) and didn't resonate with me much. Grave of the Fireflies ached impersonally, Arrietty and Kaguya I watched because my girlfriend at the time wanted to and they were okay but they don't feel like they're personally rankable, Whispers of the Heart I've watched a solid 4 times and I can only remember the little shop and the Country Roads so it feels unfair to rank it (I wonder why I keep forgetting the plot?) and then Ocean Waves and Marnie I straight up dislike.
