Wähe is a traditional Swiss fruit cake.
You can add another paragraph with difficulties somebody might expect to run into when preparing this recipe for the first time.

Prepare dough: mix flour, salt and butter; then add water. Knead into dough. Rub pan with butter, spread dough as if it were a pizza. Put ground nuts on the dough.
Prepare fruit and spread them on the nuts. Put this into the oven: 180°C, with extra heat from below, for 10min.
Prepare liquid: egg, sugar, fill up with milk until you have about a cup full (about 100ml). Open the oven, pour this over the fruit, and keep the oven going for another 20min.
If you like it thicker, add a bit of curd to the liquid.
