This recipe requires a tool to turn any sort of purée into a sort of spaghetti. But see for yourself!

Whip cream.
Put whipped cream on the sweet chestnut "spaghetti".
Stuff sweet chestnut purée into the tool and create "chestnut spaghetti" on every dessert plate.
Done!
