2003-11-01 I found a very nice set of Icons via isomer on #emacs. ¹ It seems that these are the new Gentoo icons ². Very nice!
MC Blank Clip And then I started making my own icons, too. For example the one on the right – for the Midnight Commander. I long for the good ol’ Norton Commander days. I felt so *superior*! That was back around 1990 when I lived in Bangkok and used a 286. What did I know. I was amazed at seeing FIDO Net work and having a 2400 baud modem.
Firefox 2004-02-22 I added a Firefox icon. ³ I did this before checking the original site; I found that they already have a Firefox icon... ⁴ Oh well. 😢
