2023-03-19 Self-help for people running role-playing games

It’s late, I’m drinking green tea after having recorded a podcast episode and after having done some iPhone backups, photo transfers, and what not. We have so many pictures, it’s terrible. At the same time, having to sort them makes us look at them and remember the wonderful trips we had…

Doing the Internet Office Hours podcast with @phf, @frotz and @wandererbill feels like referee-self-help. It’s great talking to peers about games, the problems we have and the solutions we found.

Also, if you ever feel like you’d want to chat with us, let us know! The podcast is an open space! We don’t take call-ins, but it’s OK if you join the recording. It’s a bit like telling people that no, they can’t come and watch us play role-playing games. You’ve got to create a character and be a guest player! 😃

The link above has a link to a web page talking about our Discord server, in German. At the end of that page is an invite for you to follow.

If you want to just listen to episodes, there’s a page collecting a bunch of podcast feeds which allows you to listen to them, from your browser: RPG Podcast Planet.

(If you run a podcast about role-playing games, you can submit it, too!)
