I’m going to pick up my wife from the train station in 10min. Time to write a short blog post! 😆
The old tea pot poured water all over the place and a lot of it didn’t go into the cup. It also had a sieve that didn’t go all the way down to the bottom of the pot so I always had to make at least two cups. This is not good since I like to steep my tea multiple times and my wife usually doesn’t drink.
This new tea pot has a finer tip which helps pouring, and the sieve basically is a built-in cylinder that goes all the way to the bottom. I hope it’s not going to be hard to clean! For the moment, I’m happy.

What’s with the stone blocks in the tea cups? I’ve never seen those before.

These are supposedly whiskey stones: keep them in the freezer to cool down whiskey without adding water to it. We didn’t have ice cubes, we did have cold whiskey stones, we had hot tea and the weather is hot, so I tried to use the stones to cool tea. Didn’t really work, though.
