Romansh is a Romance language spoken predominantly in the Swiss canton of the Grisons (Graubünden). Romansh has been recognized as a national language of Switzerland since 1938, and as an official language in correspondence with Romansh-speaking citizens since 1996, along with German, French and Italian. – Romansh

Yeah, it was a few years ago. The association doesn’t really exist any more, I guess.
Anyway, what we wanted to offer was services for minority languages and we’d start with adding spell checking for Romance. And my friend managed to do it! That’s why you can pick ’Raeto-Romance (Subform “sursilv”)’ from the list of languages for spell checking.
I then added all the other dictionaries I could find in my distro. And when I checked just now, I found dozens more. Wow! This is great.

We then failed at working on espeak support, unfortunately. All these voice synthesis stuff is hard, or requires training of neural networks, which requires setup that is hard, yikes! This is not going to happen in my free time, unfortunately.
