New browser today!
For the office, I needed to import our own root certificate in *Tools → Options → Privacy & Security → View Certificates → Import...* and then in *about:config* I needed to set these:
network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris = ... network.negotiate-auth.trusted-uris = ... network.auth.private-browsing-sso = true
I don’t like how Firefox screenshots are uploaded to the cloud, so I’m disabling them:
extensions.screenshots.disabled = false
I’ve also made too many changes to mention based on Firefox (about:config) privacy modifications by Aaron Horler.

Reading Locking Down Firefox. I like the Random User Agent extension provided. Enabling `privacy.firstparty.isolate` prevented me from editing a page on this wiki, sadly.
Decentraleyes looks cool. “Protects you against tracking through “free”, centralized, content delivery. It prevents a lot of requests from reaching networks like Google Hosted Libraries, and serves local files to keep sites from breaking. Complements regular content blockers.”

One thing I am noticing is that my Mastodon experience is very nice and my Google+ experience is deteriorating: scrolling to the bottom just now didn’t load more messages, profile pictures of commentators aren’t loading. I guess my setup is too locked down?

Today on a Facebook page I run somebody asked a question and I tried to reply as the page owner but my reply just disappeared. I tried a few variations, from Firefox, from Chrome, with and without *uBlock Origin*, *HTTPS Everywhere*, *Privacy Badger*, toggling `privacy.firstparty.isolate` preference – finally switched to the mobile website (m.facebook.com) and found I had posted about twelve replies. Like a spammer! 😳

I decided that my system had become too cumbersome to use because I needed to login in to Google every time I wanted to read my mail. Hah. That’s what I get for ramping it up.
