I maintain the Old School RPG Planet, a list of over 200 old school RPG blogs. The distinguishing feature my blog list has compared to the others listed below is that anybody can submit a new blog to the list.

(This works because the configuration file is in fact saved on a wiki page, and anybody can edit that wiki page. All I did was write web front end to make this easy.)
