2008-05-10 Tomatoes

I’m starting to think that maybe I’ve become allergic to tomatoes. I think that two things seem to happen an hour or so after eating a salad containing a tomatoe:

1. Itching in my pharynx that makes me want to either drink lots of water or act like Gollum.

2. Hayfever symptomps including lots of sneezing and a plugged nose.

• Update* 2008-08-08: Well, it seems like I survived summer with nothing but a few extra sneezes. I tried to avoid large numbers of tomatoes. We’ll see how it goes next year. 😄

Habe noch nie davon gehört, was nicht heissen soll, dass es das nicht gibt. Am besten weiter in kleinen Mengen prüfen, bist du sicher bist.

Hah, there’s a saying in German: “Schadenfreude ist die grösste Freude.” More or less: “Gloating is the greatest joy.” 😄

In the books, I was very much taken by the elves – both Glorfindel and Galadriel where my favorites.
