A while ago Paizo ran a contest to find the “RPG Superstar”. Today I was looking for unique magic items and wanted to go back to those contest submissions. They have been taken offline. :{
Yes, I know that the contributors basically signed off their rights to Paizo when they made their submissions. That gives Paizo legal protection against others taking the submissions. There’s no need to prevent non-publishers from taking these submissions for their own games, however.
