I’ve started to listen to podcasts again. Today I listened to the latest episode of 12 Byzantine Rulers about Basil II, the last great conqueror Byzantium ever produced.
I still have the three volumes of *Byzantium* by *John Julius Norwich* on my shelf of unread books...
I also admit to listening to the Dungeons & Dragons podcast discussing deviltry – the tyrants of the Nine Hells, including a look back at the role and evolution of devils throughout the game. 😉

I’ve been following 12 Byzantine Rulers too; it’s great listening fodder while driving. It’s got that perfect mix of interesting subject matter and terrific delivery. Lovely stuff 🙂
