Hm... Flickr links to QOOP for picture books. When I went through the motions, it cost me USD 12.99 + 10.71 shipping. Ouch. I hate it when shipping is so expensive. If only there were a better service in Switzerland that had as nice an interface as QOOP! Since USD 23.70 is CHF 29.91 and similar sized orders in Switzerland (printmyphotobook.ch, bookfactory.ch) start at CHF 39, I decided to order from QOOP and pay shipping charges... Globalization ahoi!
