TelePolis writes that fully *half* of the Americans are Creationists! ¹ Being a die-hard zoologist in the middle of Europe (more or less, haha), this number is fascinating, scary, ludicrous, and ominous all at once.
In England, people can sponsor schools and influence what is being taught. And promptly creationism was being taught in one such school, and more are being planned.
