When I eat in an Indian restaurant I like to order paneer dishes. Today fledermaus gave me a link explaining how to make chhena gobi. I definitely need to try this, I thought to myself. And here we go... 😄 Tomorrow I plan to use this... To bad there’s not much paneer in 1l of milk...
A day later at 2:15am, we came home from a a friend’s concert and decided that we were still hungry. I noticed the paneer in the fridge, and got going:

Yesterday and today I made some potato and pea curry. I always forget how good peas can be. Buy them deep frozen and keep them for a long time in the freezer. Perfect healthy food that doesn’t decay in your fridge...
