keeping chapatis warm in the oven
I was missing the cauliflower required and used some vinegar instead of lemon juice because I had none. It was delicious nonetheless. The red capsicum being cooked for so long gets a sweet aftertaste that goes together well with fresh coriander.
I need to use less butter the next time. They are practically oozing the fat... 😄

You flattened those chappatis by hand and cooked them? Don’t lie! I never get them perfectly circluar and my arms get sore from kneading the dough. I usually stick to rice.

Heh, I don’t knead the dough for ten minutes or so – it’s really quick’n’dirty action. And the bummers are not circular either – they just fit nicely on a plate. 😄
