For my own reference to remember how lousy Switzerland is when it comes to women in IT:

ETH Zürich DINFK - Frauenförderung - Statistiken – including a graph showing how the numbers are going down again! Dipping below 11% in 2003.
Women in Computing – a copy of an ACM paper written in 2002 with some international numbers
Business Process Outsourcing India Knowledge Base – One of the questions they answer: What is the sex ratio in the IT sector? As of March 2003, the male:female ratio is 35:65.
