Yesterday we saw a Wes Anderson movie: *A Life Aquatic*. (IMDB:0362270) It reminded me a lot of Magnolia by Paul Thomas Anderson. Weird in a tragic way.
I don’t like these movies. Too strange. To much meta jokes, eg. the guys running around with a camera man and the joke being that yet another camera man is running along – the one taking the picture you are seing. I don’t like jokes that play with suspension of disbelief.
