Visual Language: Global Communication for the 21st Century* by Robert Horn is out of print... ¹ ISBN 1-892637-09-X The above link tells me that amazon.ca still has the book for CND 40, but in fact only the marketplace thing costing more than CND 100 is available.

I ordered the two Scott McCloud books instead (in English).
