Spent nearly 3½h with Claudia on an old DV tape and cut it down to about 2min of footage (from about 20min of material). Amazing how much more fun it is when it gets cut down. And to think that a friend of mine spends a year or more making a 30min action movie out of more than 25h of material, stuff recorded with real actors, real police cars, real guns, and where he spends hours normalizing sound, color, rendering the cuts, etc. Yikes!
