Portugal beats Netherlands Late at night, the fans are still out on the street. This is the infamous spot on the Langstrasse, where fans of all nationalities come to celebrate when their teams win. The noise is astounding. First, you hear the shouts of excitement as people watch the game in cafés all over the place. Then you hear honking. People sit in the cars, drive arround the block, and honking and flag-waving. Then somebody finds a drum and starts beating it, another finds a fog horn and uses it. This goes on for hours.
