On thanksgiving

I have a tradition. I cook thanksgiving dinner. Not the whole thing, just the turkey. It is always succulent, it is always perfect. After this is done, I carve enough for firsts and seconds for all my family, then take the rest and make mole turkey burritos for myself. Two jars of Dona Maria mole concentrate, turkey stock, a giant size hershy bar, lots of hot sauce. Top with fresh Mexican cheese, dump it on fresh tortillas. It is how I do turkey day...
